Shipping Process
How long does it take to process my order? All of our coffees are roasted to order to guarantee maximum freshness. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Once your order has been shipped, delivery time is approximately 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location. The total delivery time from when you place your order until it arrives at your door is 3 to 10 business days.

Will I receive tracking information? Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email so you can follow your coffee's journey.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $40 or more within the United States.

Flat Rate: For orders under $40, we offer a flat shipping rate of $7.95, so you know exactly what you will pay at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to many international destinations. Shipping costs and times vary and will be calculated at checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes. If you need your coffee in a hurry, we offer express shipping options for an additional fee. These options will be available at checkout.
Return Policy
At Robledo's Kaffe, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want the return process to be as simple as the buying experience.
What is your return policy? You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return any product.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? No. Returns are completely free. We will provide you with a return shipping label to make the process as smooth as possible.

What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost, because your moment of pause cannot wait.
