Coffee Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return: We can accept returns for unopened coffee bags within 30 days of delivery.

For opened bags: Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened coffee. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you tried our coffee and it wasn't for you, just let us know. We'll be happy to help you find a better match or offer you a store credit for your next order.
Other Merchandise Returns

For items like thermoses and reusable bags: We gladly accept returns for these products within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange

We will send you simple return instructions. If the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order, we’ll cover the return shipping.
