Quality is what seperates roasted coffees. For example, the best quality coffees do not need a very strong roast. They are so spectacular that they do not need to be enhanced by any sweeteners or creams. Generally, the coffees that are roasted the longest are the ones that have less caffeine. It's also difficult to detect their organoleptic properties.
Whole beans are best because they preserve most of their properties. Ground coffee loses its properties right away because of contact with the air.
Specialty coffees like Geisha and Bourbon are available upon request. Minimum quantities are required.
